Pediatric Inpatient and Residential Behavioral and Mental Health Facilities in GA

In Spring of 2023, Fund supported a BMH Ecosystem Fellow at Children’s Hospital of Atlanta to survey the current landscape and create an inventory of the BMH ecosystem in the Atlanta Metropolitan Service Area (MSA) and then Georgia more broadly. The BMH Ecosystem Fellow created a detailed map of BMH services in the Atlanta MSA and Georgia across the continuum of care. The map included patient populations, number of patients/beds, and types of services with ecosystem gaps and opportunities identified.
